The safety performance of our Marine Lithium Deep Cycle Battery is perfect. Every cells in lithium iron phosphate batteries are relatively stable in performance. The battery is totaly safe and not easy to flame and explosion during charging and discharging.
Before shipping the Marine Lithium Deep Cycle Battery, we will do diffierent kinds of safety tests on the batteries, such as needle puncture tests, extrusion tests, overcharging tests, overdischarging tests, drop resistance tests, and shock resistance tests. Furthemore, our batteries will be equipped with a battery management system which can monitor the safety issues and status of the battery in real time and has a safety warning function, enabling timely response measures.

For this Marine Lithium Deep Cycle Battery, We use lithium ion phosphate for the battery cells. Lithium ion phosphate is positive electrode and carbon is negtive electrode. The rated voltage of every cells is 3.2V, with the range of charging cut-off voltage is 3.6V to 3.65V.
The principle of Marine Lithium Deep Cycle Battery during charging and dis charging is that: Lthium ion will "swim" cross the electrolyte from positive electrode to negtive electrode.
In the discharging, the process is oposite, lithium ions will "swim" from the negative electrode cross the electrolyte to the positive electrode, and the negative electrode will release electrons. That is the whole working process of discharging.
The Marine Lithium Deep Cycle Battery contains a positive electrode (lithium iron phosphate), a negative electrode (carbon), an electrolyte, a separator and so on. The positive electrode is lithium iron phosphate. The negative electrode is carbon. The function of the separator is a "sheild" to separate the positive electrode and the negative electrode.
