High-quality steel scaffolding frame systems are constructed from galvanized steel pipes and standardized frame components, suitable for a variety of construction needs.

 

The system includes snappy frames, access frames, trapezoidal frames, box frames, narrow frames, and heavy-duty support frames to meet different construction environments and load requirements.

 Customizable Dimensions and Load Capacity

Frame width and height can be customized according to construction drawings, supporting adjustments within the range of 3′~5′ width and 4′~7′ height.

The length and spacing of horizontal and vertical bars can be calculated based on the design load to ensure a platform load capacity of ≥ 2kN/m² per square meter.

Additional supports or thicker members can be added as needed to improve load-bearing capacity.

 

Materials and Surface Treatment

Steel grades available are Q235 or Q345, with yield strengths of 235MPa and 345MPa respectively.

Zincing methods include hot-dip or cold-dip galvanizing, with coating thickness customizable to ≥ 80 μm.

Powder coating thickness is adjustable from 60 to 80 μm, and colors can be selected to suit different construction environments.

Steel and coating combinations can be accompanied by salt spray test reports of ≥ 480 hours for easy verification by the purchaser.

 

Customizable Joints and Connectors

Wedge pin shear strength can be customized to 15~20kN according to project load requirements.

Joint gap ≤ 2 mm precision ensures tight assembly.

Screw jacks, U-shaped supports, and guardrail post holes can be customized according to construction drawings.
