Features
High-strength Steel Pipe
The main body is constructed from high-strength Q235/Q345 steel pipe with an outer diameter of 48.3mm and a wall thickness of 3.2mm, suitable for engineering requirements of different load-bearing levels.
Fully Welded Nodes
All connection nodes adopt a saddle-type welded structure. The weld seam covers the stress connection area, allowing the load to be transferred to the main chord through the welded nodes, forming a continuous stress path.
Resistant to Deformation
The structure has a height of 300mm, forming a triangular stress structure through the upper and lower chords, improving bending resistance under span conditions.

Non-standard spans, such as 3.5m, 5m, and 6.5m, can be provided according to project design requirements, with span lengths accurate to the centimeter level.

Step spacing and diameter can be customized, for example, spacing of 250mm–350mm, with diameter options of 22mm or 25mm steel pipe.

Customized load ratings can be provided according to project calculation requirements, including uniformly distributed loads and center-point loads. Load tables and structural calculation references can be provided.
Installation Interface and Node Optimization
Joint shapes, fastener hole positions, and node welding methods can be customized according to the type of scaffolding on site for easy and rapid assembly and installation.
OEM Identification and Numbering
Company logos, model numbers, and production batch numbers can be printed on the beams for easy identification during warehouse management and on-site construction.
