Battery Cell Processing

Clean cell surfaces to remove dust and impurities; attach insulating materials to cell positive/negative poles and between cells to prevent short circuits.

 

Assembly

Arrange cells in accordance with customer specifications and technical designs; weld cells to form battery modules.

 

Battery Pack Assembly

Assemble battery modules, matching wiring harnesses and BMS; package the battery pack with customer-specified shells (alloy/plastic/sheet metal optional) for sealing, fixation, shockproofing and waterproofing.

 

Quality Inspection

Conduct full performance tests (charge-discharge, current, capacity, voltage, cycle life, internal resistance, etc.) and safety tests (overcharge, over-discharge, short circuit, etc.) on the finished battery pack.
