DESCRIPTION
The 48V 100Ah Golf Cart Lithium Battery stores electrical energy through internal lithium-ion cells and provides continuous power to the drive motor and onboard electronics via a controller.
This battery is suitable for golf carts, patrol cars, and other low-speed electric vehicles. It is compatible with most 48V systems on the market and can be used for long-distance travel and high-power load scenarios.
Features
Grade A Lithium-ion Cells
The battery uses Grade A cells with a cycle life of ≥3000 cycles.
Large Capacity Design
Nominal capacity of 100Ah, supporting long-term continuous operation of golf carts. Maximum charge/discharge current and cutoff voltage can be managed by the BMS.
Stainless Steel Casing
Custom high-quality stainless steel casing, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, with internal insulation plates isolating the cells.
Mobile APP Monitoring
Built-in APP module; users can download the APP by scanning a QR code to monitor battery voltage, current, capacity, temperature profile, SOC status, charge/discharge switch, and protection status.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
Operating temperature range is -20℃ to 60℃, storage temperature range is -20℃ to 45℃, suitable for outdoor golf courses and low-temperature environments.
Customization Options
Voltage and Capacity Combinations
Supports different voltage platforms such as 36V, 48V, and 72V. Capacities can be customized from 50Ah to 150Ah to meet the range and power requirements of different vehicles.
Cell Chemistry System
LiFePO4 or ternary lithium-ion cells can be selected, matched to vehicle models based on cycle life and unit capacity requirements.
Casing Material and Treatment
Stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or composite material casings are available. Surface coating, plating, and anti-corrosion treatments are supported to meet the requirements of different environments.
BMS Function Customization
Supports setting of charging and discharging voltage and current limits, and CAN/UART communication interfaces, enabling data exchange with the vehicle controller for remote monitoring and management.
Appearance and Brand Customization
Casings can be customized with logos, model numbers, and barcode numbers for easy warehouse management and after-sales tracking.
Connectors and Mounting Interfaces
Battery mounting interfaces and output terminal types are designed according to vehicle models, supporting quick-release or fixed installation methods.
