PRODUCTION

1.Cell screening
The cells of this Electric Vehicle Lithium Battery are Grade A cells. After the cells are prepared, we will test various parameters of each cell and then select cells with good consistency in various parameters to form a group for assembling into a battery. Only by using cells with good consistency can the performance of the battery be maximized.
2. Packaging
We will arrange, weld and place insulating materials on the screened cells, and then put them together into the battery casing and fix them.
3. Connecting cells
Then connect each cell with wiring harnesses, including the connection of the protection board. The protection board plays a very important role in the safety protection of the entire Electric Vehicle Lithium Battery because its function is to detect various parameters when the product is working. We can view these parameters through the display screen or intelligent devices such as mobile phone apps. If there are abnormal situations, we can detect and solve them in time.
4. Encapsulation
After debugging the battery management system and various wiring harnesses, we can pakage the Electric Vehicle Lithium Battery, and then the process is completed.
